Q: HOW DO I ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: WHO HANDLES YOUR ORDERS?

A: We handle our orders in house, we hand pack each post bag and deliver them at the post office. We choose Australia Post as our carrier of choice for their brilliant express postage times and accurate tracking feature.

Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email, this will include your tracking number. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us at ash@jakesapple.com.au 

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

A: Depending on your method of shipping, express postage within Australia is usually posted within 1-3 business days (also depending on your region). Standard Postage can usually expect their package within 3-5 working days. We are currently being told by Aus Post that delays can be expected from time to time due to COVID reasons. Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: We sure do however please email us first ash@jakesapple.com.au to quote your postage costs so you don’t get a nasty surprise come payment time. We encourage our fans over seas to wear out brand with pride so please do reach out!

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged. Q: DO YOU PROVIDE A QUALITY GUARANTEE FOR ALL THE PRODUCTS BEING SOLD?

A: Absolutely, If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, please contact us immediately. We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed. And remember we match our products 100% to the picture and description.
